You will deal directly with us and the whole process, including all documentation, will be in English which means you don’t have to worry about translations and language problems.
Once you have a property in mind we can look after everything else, from the moment you call us until you the get the keys to your new home. Even if you don’t have a property in mind we can advise you of how much you may borrow, subject to the standard criteria. This means you can go house-hunting knowing how much you have to spend.

- We will asses your case upon contact and advise you on the likelihood of obtaining finance. Under certain circumstances we can obtain an immediate Approval in Principle, this provides comfort for you when property hunting.
- We will then send you an Application Form
- Upon receipt of a fully completed application form we will then take you through the entire process, monitoring your overseas mortgage from start to finish. We will organize your Solicitor, Surveyor, Notary, Buildings Insurance and Life Assurance should you request it and the entire process will be fully English speaking which means no messy translation problems
- We will also advise you on average costs incurred in buying a property in your chosen country or region. The only issue you will have as a Rossbank client is finding the right property.
