- Contact Rossbank or let Rossbank Contact you buy filling in our Online Enquiry Form
- We will asses your case upon contact and advise you on the likelihood of obtaining finance. Under certain circumstances we can obtain an immediate Approval in Principle, this provides comfort for you when property hunting
- We will then send you an Application Form
- Upon receipt of a fully completed application form we will then take you through the entire process, monitoring your overseas mortgage from start to finish. We will organize your solicitor, Surveyor, Notary, Buildings Insurance and Life Assurance should you request it and the entire process will be fully English speaking.
- We will also advise you on average costs incurred in buying a property in your chosen country or region. The only issue you will have as a Rossbank client is finding the right property.
